We have listened to our residents and have
come up with a variety of ways that you can have your say depending
on the amount of time you have available.
We aim to be flexible in our approach and so
have included options that do not require you to come to meetings,
but that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

Consultation
Your views are important to us and
consultation is a key way of involving residents in decision making
as well as monitoring the quality of our services. Your regular
feedback informs us about our business and where we can make
improvements.
We may do this by survey (by post or by phone), as part of our
Policy and Procedure Review Group or through local meetings.
