Source Resident's Design Conference
On 15 July, Residents of landlord members of the Source
Development Partnership met in Dorchester for their second annual
design conference. The report deomstrates in particular how we
have worked in partnership to meet the needs of new communities as
well as wheelchair users.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Seminar
On 22 July, Residents and Board members were invited to attend
one of our annual Single Issue Seminars. The topic was Equality,
Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I). Those who attended learned more
about the profile of our residents and how the organisation works
to support people and communities to ensure fair treatment and

Homeowner Focus Group
On 15 September 2010, a group of shared owners and leaseholders
met in a telephone meeting to discuss ways of improving services
and satisfaction from people who own their own homes. After
our last STATUS survey in 2008, we learned that these groups are
generally less satisfied that people in our rented accommodation
and we feel it is important to understand why. Follow the link

On 4 October 2010, Signpost staff met
with residents of non-british origin to talk about ways of

On 16 February 2011, we met again with
shared owners and leaseholders by telephone conference to discuss a
